The Annenberg Space for Photography has a new exhibit, LIFE: A Journey Through Time, a family-friendly show with unusual images created by National Geographic photographer Frans Lanting, one of the planet’s most intrepid photographers. Lanting’s epic long-term project shows life “from Big Bang to the present” and his intention is to present images that evoke the origin of all things. Come to investigate and we promise you’ll leave with more than a little bit of awe.
We love visiting The Annenberg — the jewel-box Space itself utilizes state of the art photo exhibit techniques, kids love the intimate experience of the small galleries, and each new show features a short film about the photographers. Oh, and everything is free!
Make an adventure out of seeing the show this weekend (October 24-25) when, in celebration of the new show, two-full days of fun activities are organized to keep your family occupied.
