The YALLWest Festival debuts at the Santa Monica Public Library this weekend, April 11-12 with a stated goal to “celebrate and empower our tribe of readers, writers and creators.”
The sister event of YALLFest, a fun lit festival based in Charleston, this event promises 37 New York Times best sellers, 36 acclaimed local authors and artists, six notable Hollywood directors, and one crazy Ya cover band. There will be two days of panels, book signings, food trucks, bad jokes, rock ‘n’ roll, killer photo ops and general geeky debauchery.
The event will be held at the Santa Monica Public Library on April 11 – 12 and here is a list of authors and “Hollywood Notables.” (PSSST – including our friend Holly Goldberg Sloan and her bestselling “Counting by 7’s”).
